Shipping & Pickup Policy
All orders placed in the USA will arrive within 8 business days with standard shipping and 1-3 business days with expedited shipping. Usually much sooner 8 days being the maximum time frame. International time frame about 14 business days, again, it can arrive much sooner. Due to COVID-19 all sales are final, there will not be any returns or exchanges. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly when entered at time of purchase. In the event an order is returned to us due to customer not providing complete and accurate address you will be charged for shipping. Once items are handed over to shipping company we are not responsible for lost/missing items. Please use tracking information provided to you and contact shipping company. All pickup orders should be picked up within 14 days. If items are not picked up by day 14 they will be put back and store credit will be giving for full amount spent, no refund!
